Bad Experiences @ harvey Norman I received extremly GOOD services at those shop houses (below HDB flats), on the other hand, INSTEAD, i received totally rotten BAD services at shopping Malls.. Through all these bad experiences, most of it i had was at Harvey Norman, it was such terrible attitude and services they provide... An example of the most recent experience i had at Hougang Mall Harvey Norman, I went to print out some photos at Harvey Norman today.. As they provide special discounts for printing of photos... So i was there to print those photos out, and this stupid machine, wonder what happened to it.. it kept on duplicating my photos.. From 22 to 30 and so on... i got so irritated, and i switch machine, and again the same thing happened for this machine... I got even irritated, because, i was there using bluetooth to transfer... so it was very slow.. and i dun wanna switch machine anymore.. So i ask one staff, to help me with the prob and this staff came, he told me in a very unfriendly and unwilling manner, for me to just select the photos i wan, and dun care the duplicated ones, and i selected it and went to the nx page where this nx page is to crop the photos, and some how those duplicated photos came out again!! can't expect me to pay for those duplicated photos right.. got abt 3 duplicated photos per photo... So this first staff was gone and i can't find him, so i look for another staff near me, and this one was worst, he only serve those people who have more potential to buy more expensive products... i was talking to him, and he was so so unwilling to talk to me, he told me to do the same method which was to select and blah blah... and the same thing happened.. duplicated photos came out... and i was like trying to tell him that i switched machines, and the same thing happened, and what he said was "Go to another machine".. without a please or anything... and he continue talking to others... I was VERY VERY frustrated!! because i wasted almost 45 mins plus plus just to print 22 photos again and again!!!!! Is this how a service should be provided?!! is this how a customer should receive a service? I almost wanted to stomp out of the shop or look for the manager of Harvey Norman, but i breath in because i was helping Chujun to print photos and not for myself, else her mother can't see, and so i stay calm.. and try to solve the problems by myself!! What the ****!!! how can that be a customer standing there and no staff is willing to help him??!!! Another disgusted experience i had was at Clake Quay, The Centre Harvey Norman, that day Chujun and I went to the Harvey Norman there and asking about a plasma Television there regarding the price and quality.. and this sale person an uncle, he was explaining and when we told him thanks and wanted to went off, he said, "If you all are not keen to buy, you all should'nt ask..".. I WAS STUNNED!!!! THIS CAME OUT FROM A STAFF OF HARVEY NORMAN??!!!!! What happened to harvey norman??!!! the services they provide are totally poor!!!!! One really good experience I had with one female staff at Orchard Harvery Norman, and the rest was so terrible to the extreme!! Hope they will change their service attitude.. Xi Zang is just west of chengDu, you all go read the news for more info! I'm in danger l0!! my mum read the news and got so worried she called the school..." Raymond says: "Dun worry she's extremly well off now.. she Eats and sleeps well.. ^^" Chujun says: "People here eat rabbit meat, wtf! and roasted rabbit heads... my friend says it tasted like duck meat!" Raymond says: "She didn't eat can liao.. so Errr xinnn...." Chujun says: "Currently my tagboard i cannot reply here at ChengDu, and take really good care everyone!!! I misses Singapore Weather!!! I misses the my room and Singapore Toilet, here the toilet here mostly don't have toilet bowls de, and my OPP friends treats me very well!" Raymond says: "dun have Toilet bowls?? then you Sh*t on the floor arh.. haha.. you meant there the toilet bowls are squat de issit?? haha... take care friend!" End of Chujun Speeches...
